Located in the quiet and pleasant residential neighborhood of Valldoreix. A bus stop is just a few meters away, with service to the Valldoreix and Mirasol train stations. The bus runs every half hour.
What is actually being rented is part of the main house where the owners reside.
Once inside the property, if you go to the back (where the garden is located), you will access the rental area via a terrace that is fully enclosed with aluminum and double-glazed windows. This terrace serves as the entrance to the "apartment" and can easily be used as a small dining area with a table and chairs. From here, you access a medium-sized room that can be used as a bedroom or study (the photo shows a bed, but the furniture can be changed). Next to this room is a second, spacious and bright bedroom, which would be the master bedroom (currently furnished with a double bed, although this can be replaced with two single beds). Finally, there is the bathroom, which can accommodate two people (it has a bathtub and a shower). It is possible to install a refrigerator and microwave in one of the rooms (at the owners' expense) or alternatively the kitchen in the main house (the owners' residence), located on the upper floor, can be shared (in this latter case, usage times would need to be agreed upon).
The tenant will have access to a magnificent garden with a swimming pool, as it is shared with the owners and one other tenant. Proof of temporary rental status is required, such as enrollment in studies or a certificate from the educational institution.
