Located in the quiet and pleasant residential neighborhood of Valldoreix. A few meters away there is a bus stop whose route connects with the Valldoreix and Mirasol Railway Stations.
The house has independent access although it is part of an individual house where the owners reside.
Once inside the property, if we go to the back of it (where the garden is located), we access the house through a terrace that is completely covered with aluminum enclosures and double glazing. This terrace is the anteroom of the apartment and can be perfectly used as a small dining room by placing a table and chairs. From here you access a first room, of medium size, which can be used as a study room (in the photo you can see that there is a bed but the furniture can be changed). Next to this room there is a second room, spacious and bright, which would be the bedroom (currently there is a double bed although it can be replaced by two single beds). Finally, we have the bathroom which has capacity for two people (it has a bathtub and shower).
There is the possibility of installing a refrigerator and microwave in one of the rooms (at the expense of the owners) or there is the option of sharing the kitchen of the main property (owners' house) which is located on the upper floor (in this last case, it would be necessary to agree on schedules for its use).
The tenant will have the right to enjoy a magnificent garden with a swimming pool as it is for shared use with the owners.
